While you are always welcome to express your feedback in person or via telephone, it is essential that management receives a written record of your feedback in order to address your concerns.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, then your feedback will be referred directly to the Health Services Commissioner for action. Alternatively, you may also call the office for the Health Services Commissioner at any time regarding any concerns with your health provider.
